four ways to wear: neon + pastels.

The blogger collaboration is finally back!  I’m SO thrilled to be teaming up with Amanda of Little Miss Fearless, Lynzy of Sparkling Footsteps and Caitlin of A Little Dash of Darling to show you four different ways to wear spring trends.  Today, we’re kicking it off with how to mix neon and pastels!

With spring in full swing and summer just around the corner, neon will be in heavy rotation.  Don’t worry, the ultra-saturated hues are much more wearable than you think.  You can pair neons with neutrals to play it safe or pile neons on neons to go all out.  But if you’re looking to shake things up, try mixing neons and pastels for a look that’s both colorful and balanced.

I paired chartreuse with mint and quite possibly discovered my new favorite color combo of the season!  Check out how Amanda, Lynzy and Caitlin mixed neon and pastels and let me know what you think of the trend!

I love all of these looks!! I would have never thought to pair neons with pastels – but you are right, it totally balances out the intensity of the neons. You do color so well! And thank you for giving me three other blogs to check out 🙂
