It’s always fun to look back at a month’s worth of outfits. It’s like a mini-retrospective on what’s trending in my closet (white top and bold pants are apparently on repeat this month, if you haven’t noticed). Best of all, it always makes me want to push my sartorial boundaries a little further the following month. Let me know which March outfit is your favorite and I’ll see you next month!

I took a trip an excursion to the Target in Brooklyn a few weeks ago to buy a few household goods, but as always, got completely distracted by things I don’t need (I think that’s Target’s secret objective). I ended up browsing the clothing racks (surprise surprise) and scooped up this simple, striped dressed. I’m in love with the turquoise color and feminine shape. It’s perfect for work, but topped off with a leopard coat and it’s even better for brunch or happy hour with the girls.

If you haven’t noticed by now, Facebook and Twitter have been flooded with pink and red equal signs in support of marriage equality as the Supreme Court hears oral arguments over California’s Prop. 8 ban on same-sex marriage. I don’t like getting up on soapboxes (I’ll leave the peeps on my Facebook newsfeed), but I’m proud to show my support in any way I can, even if it’s something as simple as wearing red and spreading the word. It’s about sharing the love — and that’s something I can get behind.
