It’s Round 2 of our style collaboration with Tara of Mix and Match Fashion, Sara of Glitter & Grace, Jessica of Bows & Sequins! Every other week for two months, we’re taking one theme and styling it four different ways. This time around, we’re showing you how to style one of my favorite looks: animal print!
To me, animal print goes with everything … including more animal prints! Leopard loafers, a cheetah-print blouse, and a tortoise-colored watch — I’ve got enough animals to start my own zoo, but they all flow together effortlessly as long as the rest of the outfit is simple.

It’s been a week since I attended the Independent Fashion Bloggers Conference (#IFBCON), but I’m still reveling in everything I learned at the jam-packed, two-day event. It was definitely the perfect way to start off my first week living in NYC: making new friends, getting advice from top bloggers, and gaining inspiration from an incredible group of passionate, creative-minded people. Of course, one of my favorite parts was sifting through the hundreds of bloggers that attended and admiring their individual style. The weather is cooling down in NYC and I’m starting to rotate in longer sleeves, warmer layers, and thicker textures like tweed. Color is definitely still a mainstay in my wardrobe and this blue and turquoise combo definitely reflects my excitement of the cooler temps to come.
