I can’t believe that we’re already halfway through summer and I haven’t worn a romper all season. Let’s change that, shall we?
This year has been the summer of dresses (just scroll back a few pages on my blog and you’ll see what I mean), but that doesn’t mean I don’t love a good romper. Lately, I’ve had my eye on ones that you can take from day and night. I especially love the cold shoulder cut-outs of this floral romper – easy enough for a daytime adventure, but special enough for an evening out on the town.
Comfortable footwear is equally important in my book. Anyone else on the lace up sandal trend? I must have collected 3-4 pair over the past few months and this brown suede version has to be my favorite. I wore this outfit to a friend’s birthday party in Jersey City a few weekends ago and the chunky heel was enough to give me a little height while lasting me the entire night. Why can’t dressing up always be this easy?
