Maternity Friendly Amazon Finds

Reviewing a recent haul of maternity friendly styles from Amazon!

Amazon Puffer Jacket (XS) / White Maternity Cami (XS) / Black Maternity Fleece Lined Leggings (one size) / Veja V-10 Sneakers (6.5 TTS)

I finally took the plunge on the Amazon puffer jacket. This bad boy has 4.5 stars from more than 15,000, and I promise you it does not disappoint! I’ve been on the hunt for a light neutral colored puffer jacket and at $150, I won’t be as devastated if it gets a little dirty. I’ve been wearing it nonstop since I got it and am happy to report that it has kept me warm even in the frigid NYC winter. This jacket has so many pockets, plus side zippers to expand the body for extra layers (or a growing bump!).

Dark Wash Denim Jacket (XS) / White Long Sleeve T-Shirt with Twist Front (S) / Black Maternity Fleece Lined Leggings (one size) / Chloe Mini Marcie Gray Crossbody Bag / Marc Fisher Oshay Brown Suede Ankle Booties (size up 1/2 size)

This is a pretty basic outfit, but since I’m wearing maternity leggings and pants now, I need longer tunic-length tops (pre-pregnancy, I usually tucked my tops into my jeans). I like this long sleeve tee because the twist front hem adds a bit of visual interest and is easy to layer underneath a denim jacket. It’s non-maternity, but has a relaxed fit which accommodates the bump perfectly!

White Turtleneck Tunic Sweater (XS – runs very oversized!) / Black Maternity Fleece Lined Leggings (one size) / Beige Knotted Headband ($10 for a pack of 10 colors!) / Chloe Mini Marcie Gray Crossbody Bag / Similar Leopard Flats

This turtleneck sweater is another non-maternity style that is perfect for growing bumps (I’m trying to get more bang for my buck in my postpartum wardrobe!). It runs very oversized and it super cozy, but not too thick. It comes in ton of different colors too!

White Sports Bra (sized up one size) / Maternity Workout Leggings (XS)

Funny enough, these leggings are actually the only maternity-specific article of clothing of the haul! They’re the only pair I’ve purchased so far, so I don’t have much to compare, but they do remind me of my all-time favorite non-maternity workout leggings because of the high waist and the side pockets.

The only difference is that the fabric is thinner and stretchier to accommodate the growing bump and since I’m more on the petite size, there is a bit of extra fabric but not a deal breaker! I’ve done spin classes (at home on my new exercise bike), yoga and strength training in them and so far, so good!
