Because You Can Never Have Too Many Lace Dresses

Taking a quick break from the personal and behind the scenes blog posts to share my love for lace dresses. This beautiful, minty blue sleeveless number is the latest addition to my growing collection.

I don’t know what it was about lace dresses — actually, I do know. When lace is done right (think more crochet-like, cutout patterns), it adds so much visual interest to an outfit! There’s not much really you have to do after that — simple heels and a classic purse will do just fine. But, if you’re like me and want to take it to the next level, you could style it with a straw bag and printed heels for even more layers of dimension.

If there’s one place I swear by when it comes to lace dresses, it’s Chicwish. I’ve been collaborating with them for years now and while some of the pieces I receive do sometimes have a weird fit, I’ve never been once disappointed by one of their lace dresses (see here and here for more examples). There’s something so timelessly feminine about a beautifully made lace dress — everyone needs at least one (or five … or maybe fifteen) of them in their closets!
